 Did you know that your body NEEDS  carbohydrates to survive? Aim to get 45-65%  of your total daily caloric intake from  carbohydrates! Some examples of healthy carbs  include whole grain breads, fruits, and  vegetables. MyPlate, the USDA's new food  guide program, recommends that at least  half of your grains come from whole grain  sources.
